A water mist system is a life-safety system, not simply a few pipes and nozzles. It must be properlyassessed, designed, installed and commissioned to provide the required protection for the property.
Our quotation covers the complete SmartMist installation, including the system design, accesswork, pipework and nozzles, making good our installation openings, commissioning, certification and handover documentation.
When comparing prices, check that quotations are genuinely like for like. Some providers require the homeowner or builder to cut access holes, prepare pipe routes and arrange repairs afterwards. With SmartMist, the complete process is managed by one experienced team using SafeContractor accredited installers.
Our residential team will take a few details about your property, carry out the initial calculations and give you a guide price for the system. If the guide price is acceptable, we’ll prepare the system design free of charge for submission to Building Control.
We can also speak directly with your Building Control officer, architect or builderon your behalf. Designs are normally completed within 24–48 hours, and installation can often be arranged within 7–10 working days when the project is ready.
